Mr. Julio Torres recently completed a large reroofing project for us on Francis E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. The project was the Base Hospital which had a total of 832 squares of built up roofing. Mr. Torres was project fore-man from start to finish on this job. Mr. Torres ran the job and crew, which numbered 15 roofers and laborers, and did a very good job. The project was completed in both the time frame and labor frame.
